David Ubias currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. He received a BA in Studio Arts from the University of St. Thomas/GlasselSchool of Art and an MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art. His work has been featured in the Texas Biennial, New American Paintings,The Painting Center NYC, Institute of Contemporary Art Baltimore, Art Miami, Vox Populi, Zona Maco, Texas Contemporary, Urban Outfitters, and Capital One headquarters. He is also the recipient of the Henry Walters Traveling Fellowship and a MICA Graduate Fellowship.
